‘Us Now’ acclaimed UK documentary screening in Vancouver

On June 10th, acclaimed UK documentary ‘Us Now’– a movie about the power of mass collaboration, government and the Internet – will be screened in Vancouver. The film examines how collaborative online tools and self-organizing networks promise to transform the fabric of modern political life into new models of participatory and citizen-driven governance.

Come join the conversation! ‘Us Now’, screens at Havana on Commercial Drive on Wednesday June 10 at 8pm, followed by an informal (or community) discussion. Entry by donation with proceeds going to support VanChangeCamp, a citizen-driven public event exploring the relationship between technology and governance in the age of participation.
