This introductory course draws together the fields of neurobiology, psychology, restorative justice, conflict transformation and spirituality into a unique and practical framework for trauma healing.
Presented by Fraser Region Community Justice Initiatives, a leader in the field of Restorative Justice.
Adapted from the internationally celebrated course Strategies for Trauma Awareness & Resilience (STAR), Eastern Mennonite University.
In this course, participants will:

* Learn new frameworks for breaking cycles of violence
* Gain confidence in trauma intervention
* Develop new and effective strategies for self-care
* Explore restorative justice as trauma healing
